Included With Your Inspection

Same Day Internet Ready Inspection Reports:

1ST Class Home Inspection provides your Home Inspection Report securely on the internet the same day so it can be viewed, printed or forwarded as a link fast and easily (not like a big, bulky and slow PDF attachment file). Your report will be at your fingertips from anywhere in the world!

I utilize thermal imaging equipment to help diagnose certain problems in homes. This equipment works as another tool to evaluate issues such as moisture intrusion. I use the camera at my discretion and if the client desires a full scan of the home additional charges will apply.

I USE THERMAL IMAGING ON EVERY INSPECTION:

You See This.                                I See This.

My infrared camera helps me see things that other inspectors can't.          That's why I use an infrared camera on every inspection.

Home Energy Inspection

Home Energy Inspector

Home Energy Report: Most home buyers purchase a home without first understanding what it costs to operate it. Most Americans spend $2,200 a year on utilities, including heating and cooling costs, but you can reduce your utility bills by up to 30% by making some simple improvements.

The benefits from making energy improvements include saving on your utility bills, increasing the comfort of your home, and reducing your use of natural resources.

To generate your Home Energy Inspection Report, I use an advanced energy calculator developed by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors to:

  • estimate the home's yearly energy usage,
  • pinpoint potential energy inefficiencies, and
  • develop recommendations for energy improvements.
