Commercial Inspector

Ron Cleland, CMI, Your Certified Master Inspector

Call Me, Anytime: 320-587-8437 / 320-237-5099

Types of properties I regularly inspect:

Commercial BldgBuilding

Restaurants, storage facilities, industrial properties, manufacturing facilities, retail stores, churches, warehouses, medical centers, office buildings, apartment buildings, strip malls and vacant properties.

Let me inspect your commercial property to ensure its overall condition and safety. Remember that your liability can extend to employees, customers and occupants, so make sure that your building’s structure, electrical, plumbing and HVAC are functioning properly and safely. If there are issues that need addressing, I can make the appropriate recommendations for licensed professionals who can advise you on specific maintenance and repairs.

1ST Class Home Inspection uses the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties as a baseline for performing commercial property inspections. The International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties is designed as a baseline from which the inspector and client can develop and agree to a scope of work that may deviate from this Standard, depending on budget, time constraints, purpose of the inspection, age of the subject property, and risk-tolerance of the client. The level of due diligence should be set where the cost, in time and money, of acquiring information about the subject property will not likely exceed the value of that information.

1ST Class Home Inspection maintains a high level of business ethics and abides by the Code of Ethics found within the International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties.
